หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• -Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements -Create Client Relationship: Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with new clients at strategic and operational levels. -Maintain Client Relationship: Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets -Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs -Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channel such as cold calling, networking, etc. -Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns -Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections -Ability to reach the target (KPI) set up by the organization -Collaborate with team members & other divisions to deliver results that meet or beyond the customer's needs. -Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
