หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as the primary representative of the senior manager's vision, values, and strategic directives into fostering a cohesive team culture and driving towards common goals.
• Lead the education team in day-to-day operation, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and academic standards through delegation, allocation, and empowerment.
• Facilitate the professional development and mentorship of team members according to their track, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for skill and career advancement.
• Maintain quality assurance and improvement, overseeing processes and practices to uphold high standards of practicality and quality in educational delivery and accuracy.
• Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, such as other teams, to support business growth, collaboration, and the achievement of organizational objectives.
• Be actively updated on emerging educational innovation trends, and cutting-edge technologies, fostering a culture of creativity, adaptability, and continuous learning within the team.

• Hybrid working at Phayathai Plaza (BTS Phayathai) Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM. to 08:00 PM.
