หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for ensuring that the company’s values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the organization
• Ensures that the organizational design and rewards structure is reflective of a dynamic business environment and up-to-date.
• Responsible for formulating strategies that lead to quality and depth in the talent employed in the business.
• Organization changes initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives, removing obstacles impeding change.
• Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team and works closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
• Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision and mission and develop strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.
• Provide strategic direction and support to drive employee engagement, workforce retention, and succession planning.
• Work together with the Development Team to implementation of programs or processes or trainings that support business requirements and drive a culture of success.
• Drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Motivates and leads a high-performance management team.
• Provide HR counsel and a full range of generalist services including talent acquisition, recruiting & staffing management, and career development.
• Ability to work in a matrixed and international environment.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 8+ years of HR management fields in enterprise or the organization with at least 1,000 employees.
• 2+ Years of proven responsibility in HRM
• Good command in written and communication in English Language. (English testing score is required, TOIEC or IELTS)
• Strong leadership with excellent communication skills
• Experience working in multicultural environment is an advantage
