หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Support End Users Hardware ( Computer & printer & scanner & handheld & barcode printer & equipment which concern IT ) ,Software ( Standard software & non-standard software & some application for end user ) ,Network ( Lan, wireless, VPN ) ,Other ( Printer out, scanner from copy machine, etc. )
• Repair & Maintenance of hardware
• Global AD operator (Add, Delete, Disable, Enable, GPO on ASH OU)
• O365 account support
• Daily monitor such as Network, AS/400, Anti-Virus, Sever, File Share, Etc.
• Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, user id review, access log review
• Mac address registration ( IP Scan : Access ASH's Lan )
• Fix asset & Standard software control
• Accessory control
• Manual installation & configuration of standard & non-standard software, manual of process to solved problem
• Monthly & Special report
• Client patch management and client inventory
• Security ( Create computer label for new computer and transfer )
• Health check of all ASH's TV conference
• Set permission on File Server with review permission every month
• File share stroage monitoring
• O365 first level support
• Other assisgn job by Supervisor
• รับ 3 ตำแหน่งงาน Helpdesk site งานที่ละ 1 ตำแหน่ง 1 at Ladkrabang, 2 at Samrong, 3 at Romklao
