Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects. Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements. Outlining, defining, and initiating the project. Implementing document control policies and documentation templates. Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects. Evaluating standards of component products. Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary. Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget. Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems. Ensuring the project complies with best practices, PMO policies, and other policies.

Overseeing the daily operations of the IT department and ensuring that systems and networks are running smoothly. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity. Managing technology vendors and service providers to ensure that the organization's technology needs are met. Evaluating and implementing new technologies and systems that improve IT infrastructure and support the organization's business goals Leading a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives. Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's business needs and working closely with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned with those needs. Ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards and company regulations. Managing the IT budget and ensuring that expenses are in line with the organization's financial goals Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in IT operations management Assess system performance and recommend improvements Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk

This role has full accountability for end-to-end Quality Assurance reviews conducted with the customer (Bank/Non-Bank). The role will focus on all aspects of project and program management best practices to determine whether the target project or program is being delivered in a way that makes it feasible. A feasible definition is that the Project or Programme has enough resources (Time, Money, Skilled resources for example) to be a success as it is currently planned and being delivered. The scope of the role includes the full project and program lifecycle and delivery standards, best practices, policies, toolsets, and processes, from thought leadership and definition through to execution and measuring adoption. The role will report to the program manager. The candidate will have a dotted line to the Business/Function COO representing the Business/Function. The QA manager will coach individual project teams regarding the expected quality standards, using lessons learned from other projects within (and outside) the portfolio Assist project teams in isolating the source of discrepancies between expected and actual results Management responsibilities including leadership and technical guidance to QA and testing professionals. Working closely with counterparts from customer sites. Provide detailed analysis based on assurance reviews, and ensure projects are amending artifacts to reflect the findings Track metrics that all projects are improving based on assurance findings. Ensure quality reporting is consolidated and delivered to the Senior Management including the COO, Project Steering Committees Leadership and teamwork Continuously seek opportunities for improvement within role, processes, team, and portfolio Keep up to date on industry project assurance methodologies and practices.

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support. Work closely with Customer Service support and to lead and supervise team to up skill and knowledge for IT infrastructure technologies. Lead of customer support team in part of technical support. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
