Able to identify markets and opportunities that have high potential and communicate strategy. Identify customers and negotiate deals to achieve set monthly sales targets Contribute and follow sales plans, account strategies, new market development plans, sales policies. etc. monitor and ensure continuing sales growth and profitability Develop and maintain long term customer relations Make sales calls to new and existing clients Present company products and services to current and potential clients Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity Prepare tenders, quotes and pricing Carry out market research and surveys Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Manage and prepare the internal financial reports and P/L report and forecasts. Manage and oversee monthly VAT & other tax reporting. Implementation and integrating company financial/accounting part in new ERP system of the company. Handle accounting of Fixed Asset and generate monthly depreciation entries in system. Review accuracy of accounting transactions and payment voucher to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and according to Thai accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles standards. Dealing with Revenue Department for VAT refund and prepare required reports for any audit.

Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-up, and closed sales. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Issuing Invoice / Delivery note or any related document. Coordinate with warehouse for delivery products to customers.
