เวลาทำงานอื่น : Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Two days off per week (not on Saturday or Sunday). Location: Bang Na branch, before reaching Central Bang Na.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide dental treatment information and schedule appointments via Email, Line, WhatsApp, and phone for foreign customers.
• Coordinate with dentists to ensure accurate information, handle special requests, and address complaints or inconveniences from international patients.
• Responsible for managing foreign customers' appointments, treatment plans, and payments on Jera Dental (Clinic Software), as well as arranging transportation.
• Facilitate convenience for foreign customers from entering to exiting the clinic, providing accurate treatment information.
• Attend and record consultations between dentists and foreign customers to summarize and prepare treatment plans and expenses.
• Confirm appointment details with customer service. Record any rescheduled appointments and coordinate with relevant officers or dentists.
• Manage communication with outsourced companies, gather information about new agencies, and prepare documents for signing, renewing, or amending contracts as needed. Schedule patient appointments through agencies and coordinate monthly promotions and packages for posting on the agency's website via Line, WhatsApp, or Email.
• Act as a translator for various work-related and assigned meetings.
• Translate documents as assigned from Thai to English and vice versa.
• Follow company policies effectively in practice.
• Respond to foreign customer satisfaction surveys and prepare monthly reports. Keep all customer information confidential in every record.
• Support brand loyalty and strictly follow the JCI standard.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
